AZ Always Ready team was on time, professional, and constantly in motion. The two things that impressed me the most were their pleasant attitude and the high level of technical knowledge of why and how things in the moving industry need to be done. I never thought of moving as especially technical but I learned a lot from these guys who will, for sure, at least do the front end of my next move if not the whole thing. Hire Arizona Always Ready. I have gone through many moves in my life and this team was hands down the best I have experienced. Did I mention the price was right? Yeah.

Very disappointing for a provider with such high ratings. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:30am Sunday morning and work for two hours loading moving truck for a cross-country move. At Noon, someone from their office called and said they were running late but would be there within the hour.
At 3:30pm one of the workers called for directions, then called twice more for additional directions (the house is a block off the main road...suggestion: look up the address of your assignments the night before on Google Maps).
Two 20-something guys showed up at around 4pm along with their girlfriend, who sat in the car listening to the radio. They did move all of the things that I asked them to move, so I can't fault them for that, but because they were six hours late, my wife and I missed our flight and couldn't leave town until the next morning. As a result, we both missed work on Monday. Factoring in the $150 airline change fee (x2), a night in a hotel ($83.22), and a day of lost wages (x2), choosing this vendor cost us an additional $1,471.62 on top of their fee. That's not a very good deal for a 2 hour loading job.

The experience wasn't pleasant... We kept getting the run around from there office... and when the boss promised to call and that they would be there shortly, he never called back or showed up. Very upset with the whole situation.
We are so glad that the main office refunded our money.
But next time, I will be calling someone else.

They were suppose to arrive between 5-6 pm to load a 26 ft truck for an out of state move. They called at 830pm said they were on their way when they were not. They tried to have us wait until the next morning instead but we needed to get on the road for the long trip. They finally arrived at 1030pm. It took them 4 hours to load. Of course they were tired from a long day of work, so they moved a little slow. I actually wanted another company that had better reviews but was told they were not available. When HireAHelper.com recommended these movers instead I was skeptical but was reassured by HireAHelper.com that they were good and reliable. One was more respectful of the property then the other. I would not use them again.

Josh and Tom arrived precisely at the time scheduled and were such good and hard workers. We were bringing some furniture from Kansas after downsizing into a town house there.
We THOUGHT we knew where the furniture was to go but we were wrong. Looked dreadful. Josh and Tom were so patient...moving stuff back, adjusting angles. Always with a smile on their faces. We would definitely use them again.....but please, not too soon with another move!!

The two helpers that were sent arrive on time and ready to work. They worked very hard for four hours in the wonderful Arizona heat. I would recommend Eric and the Hire A Helper company to anyone. I would definitely use this company again.

Two hard workers. Showed up early and did everything expected - with a big smile. A lot was on the second floor and they didn't complain.l'd trust them in the future since nothing, not even a screw driver, disppeared.

I chose Arizona Always Ready Movers due to the nice reviews I read regarding them. What I got from this company was the exact opposite of everything I read.
They were supposed to be at our house ready to go at 12:00-1:00 p.m. After an afternoon of making phone calls to this company, desperately trying to get them here (and being told they were 15-30 minutes out each time), two guys finally showed up at 6:30 p.m.
Within 30 minutes, one of the two movers said goodbye to us. He had to go pick up a friend or something. He left. What we were left with is a 17 year old kid-- his first day on the job. He was a sweet kid and worked hard, but he had never moved anything before and had no idea how to do it.
My husband kicked into full gear, but it was a mountain that was impossible to climb under these circumstances. He got on the phone again and begged for back-up. The owner said HE was coming with more guys. About 2 hours later, 2 more guys showed up (minus the owner).
Thankfully, these new men had some experience in moving, and although they were far from pros, they could at least lift, move, and load.
The owner did not charge us for overtime. Considering the insanely unprofessional nature of this experience, I am grateful for this small gesture. I was also told that the first guy who left within 30 minutes of arrival was fired. I don't know if that's true or not.
We had one more pod to load subsequent to Arizona Always Ready Movers and went with a different company. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was night and day. Do not, under any circumstances, risk using Arizona Always Ready Movers. It was a nightmare.
