They arrived on time and worked straight for 3 hours to unload our 26foot UHaul truck. Nothing was broken or scratched. They worked hard in 108 degree temperatures.

I was extremely disappointed with Elite Staffing Services, who was anything but elite in the service they provided. They only thing they were Elite at was being late, slow and unprofessional. I reserved them to move me out of my residence to just load my uhaul. They never called to confirm, so I initially had to call them to make sure they would be at my place. I was on a tight timeline as I was moving out of state and the very next morning had another company due to unload my truck. I called about 7 days prior to the date of service and confirmed date and arrival time. I reserved an arrival window of 9-10 a.m. and established service for 2 hours with 2 movers. At 9:15 a.m. on the day they were to arrive, I received a call from their office stating they wouldn't be able to arrive until later that afternoon. I said that would not work as I was on a schedule and had a long drive to another state. The gal that called was apologetic and said she would try her best to get someone over earlier. The two movers arrived at about 11:30 a.m. and neither gentleman spoke English, nor understood English. While they were cordial, they were terrible at their job. They were extremely slow, did not understand what I was asking them to load and not-load and did an awful job at packing the truck. I asked them to assess all the rooms and items and boxes that needed to be loaded before they started but they would not and just started taking the closest room to the door first. This left a very inefficient loading job in the truck. After two hours, I received a text message stating that if I needed to add an additional hour, I had to click on the link and fill out the form and pay for additional hours. I asked the guy if one more hour would be enough and he said yes. So, I proceeded to fill out the link and pay and it was odd how much slower they continued. After the third hour, only about 2/3 of the job was completed and it didn't look like the rest of my furniture would fit on the truck. Someone from the company then called me directly and said they couldn't continue to work to finish the job. I said I could pay for another hour if necessary, but he was adamant that since I already completed the form, it closed out the ticket and I could not extend the time any further. I was furious and was left with an unfinished job, and delayed by several hours. I then had to ask for help from other family members who then had to unload part of the truck and load it in order to fit the remaining items. I don't even know what I paid for since I ended up doing so much work. The guy who had called me was extremely rude and didn't even care that they were late to begin with. Moving is stressful enough and this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a moving company. Bottom line, if you're going to risk using this company for moving, make sure your timeline is flexible and book triple the hours it should take. Also, make sure you have a truck twice the size you need in order to get everything in one load. So disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone for a moving job. While the two men who did the moving were not rude, they did not do an adequate job, were slow, and moved multiple wrong items because of the language gap. After driving all night and into the early morning, I had three hours before the next company was due to unload my truck and was able to get only two hours of sleep after an extremely long and stressful day. To my surprise, many things were unloaded at my destination that I had specifically asked not to be moved. Anything but Elite. I really wish the company had offered to make it right, refund my expenses or at the very least an apology, but I received nothing except accusing me of filling out a form I shouldn’t have. Hire at your own risk. And I truly hope if you do use them, you have a much better experience than I did.

unprepared for job 'they had no dolly so it took alot longer to unload my truck and i was charged extra for thier unprepared workers. never use them again

We can't recommend Elite Staffing Services and their employees Jonathan and Michael enough!! First of all - communication with Elite was great. Second, not only did they showed up on time, they were early. Super friendly, funny and amazing guys. They jumped right to work, unloading the pod we moved our belongings in from Seattle to Phoenix. They were totally prepared, worked non stop (we made them take drink breaks - it was on its way to being a 112 degree day.) They were super careful with our things AND our home. We would definitely use Elite again!

The crew that assisted me were prompt, very polite and got the job done in half the time I requested. I only wish that the company paid the fellas more per hour and reimbursed their gas for assignment that are more than 30 minutes away.

I paid for 3 movers and they sent me 2 with no refund.
They also broke my furniture.
When I talked to the supervisor over the phone about the damage that happened, he stated everything is covered by insurance. Simply, it was a lie. Their treatment is like hit and run.
