They were amazing and even early for the move which worked out perfectly! They were efficient and so helpful! Made my move to Dallas so easy, definitely recommend.

The guys arrived on time and did a great job! Really super. They brought hand trucks, tools for disassembly and knew what they were doing. This was clearly not the first time they had packed a truck. I was very pleased. They were also very pleasant as humans!
I would use the two guys again!
I recommend leaving a tip for the movers. They only make a pittance for the hard work that they do. Most of the money I paid went to middle men and people who never lift a box. The movers where great and worth more than their company paid them after taking 65% of what I paid to line their pockets.

Will not use the third party for the job.
When I talked to the representative and the time I requested is available for 9-10am. After I paid with my credit card, the first email is correct my time slot but after few minutes, another email sent out with rescheduled to 2-3pm (predicted rain at that time) . Actually the helpers came at 4pm.
Very disappointed that the company charged 3 hours but we only use 2 hours (cannot seat and wait while it may rain so we have to start to unload by ourselves)
My recommendation for hires helpers company is to update their computer to reflect the schedule available during booking. Not reliable company ??

1 person showed up even though I booked 2 people for 2 hours. They said it is the same thing as 1 person working 4 hours, which obviously is not

Showed up early, then tried to charge me for that time when I wasn't ready for them. Got lost somehow on way to new property, then tried to charge me for that time (I waited at least 20 minutes). Didn't know how to use a ratchet strap. Didn't know how to move furniture (somehow). Guy on phone literally cussed me out when I tried to discuss my issues with him. Will NEVER use again.

I will never load or unload a moving truck or POD without Hire A Helper again. The guys were on time (early actually after they confirmed with a phone call ahead of time!) and efficient. My furniture and boxes made it upstairs and inside without damage. The guys even carried items through the house to back rooms, which was especially helpful as I couldn't lift some items by myself! I will be reaching out to Hire A Helper with my next move and recommending them to friends and family.

The young men skilled loaders were wonderful. They were very accommodating and helpful. They did a great job trying to fit all of the furniture into the truck which was not quite large enough to accommodate, and they were very respectable to their elders.
