The helpers from Elite Staffing Services, LLC were prompt, respectful and hard working. They unloaded our 15 ft U-Haul truck to a third story apartment in record time. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately they didn’t follow our request to load certain items last in the pod. This required me to unload more than half of the pod to get those items out and replace the rest.

Our two movers were amazing! It was super affordable even with the extra hour. It’s so hot here in Mesa and I absolutely commend them for their hard work. They were quick, efficient, and careful. Our things arrived in perfect condition. They did an awesome job! Will be coming back to them for our next move!

The first problem was the 2 workers arrived an hour earlier than the appointed time frame was even to begin.
The second problem was that they knew absolutely no English whatsoever. This made their interactions with the senior community where the move was located, very difficult. I was unprepared to not be able to communicate my needs at the time of the move.
The 3rd problem was the 2 workers did not seem to have a good idea of the moving process, so I had to guide and instruct them without a common language.
Unfortunately due to all the above, I cannot recommend this company. It was a scrambled experience and could have gone very wrong had I not been able to make do with what I was sent.

I can't say enough good things about these two guys that came to help me move. I'm a single lady and new to the area so don't have any friends or family around to help so without these two men I would definitely never been able to do it Not only was it summer in Phoenix but it decided to rain that day so they had all the elements and still got it done in the 2 hours they were fast efficient and careful with my stuff I couldn't have asked for two better guys to help me out thank you so much and I will definitely be using them again in the future if you're hesitant do it it's the best decision I've made all year I'll never move again by myself

They helped us load a POD. They were on time. They gave us great advice. Did a great job loading the POD. We had a few things left to load ourselves, and they told us how to load it to protect the remaining items. We were very pleased.

They Changes the arrived time twice and one of the worker start complaining and call his company because he don't like someone teaching him the right way! loading the furniture in the truck waste 15 minutes over the phone then going to smoke and very slow work the company call me to tell me they are professional loading and they don't need any help or any advise from anyone, so I did what they won't at the end the truck is full and the 4 hoirs hired is finished and my stuff still everywhere I have the photos to show the unprofessional way for organizing the furniture, but who's going to care about your stuff at the end I did the last touch after I call my friends help after but I pay $394 for two workers and 4 hours to complete 65% of the job .
