They were late but the men who loaded the truck were very good but they did not pack the furniture and pictures very good. When I received the load of furniture and the men here unloaded it there were several pictures that were broken, glass everywhere and frame was broken so much it cant be fixed.. it was my Mothers old antique picture, I was just sick when I saw it. Legs off of two tables were broken off and they were old antique tables that were my parents first pieces of furniture from 1935. I can't find a lot of my items. I would never use this company again.

Hi Patricia, I am sorry to hear that you had some damage, on your move. We can not always control every aspect of a move. We are only in the Phoenix metro area. We did not drive your rental truck to your destination, for the unloading service in Missouri. We can't control damage in transit, other than loading, for damage control. The pictures, that were broken, were not packed in a box, and it was recommended, but you declined. As far as the legs, being broken off the tables, we can only load, and protect the items, the best we can, and we can not control, how the truck was driven, that is the biggest cause of damage in transit. We are a quality company, with highly trained loaders, and workers.

Good experience with the guys who worked without a break for 5 hours with only 2 breaks of about 10 minutes or so. They managed to fit most of the stuff I accumulated into one pod it was amazing how much they got into the space available!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
