We had a horrible experience with BCBG Movers from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. We were contacted multiple times with scheduling issues and changes, which made an already stressful move even more frustrating.

The company also failed to communicate important details ahead of time, including the fact that we would need to provide our own moving blankets and shrink wrap. This should have been clearly explained before moving day.

The moving team itself was very inefficient, and the move ended up taking nearly double the time we were originally quoted for. On top of that, the storage units were packed so poorly and disorganized that we can barely access our belongings now. Everything was crammed in without any thought to organization or accessibility.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we would not recommend BCBG Movers to anyone looking for a professional and organized moving company.

Hi Kasey, We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, with the move. We are not BCBG Movers. You hired 2 men to load a 26' rental truck from your home, and to unload it into a storage unit. I went over the supplies, on the phone with you well before the move date, so you would have what the crew needed, so your items, would be protected, and there would be no damage. I was there for 3 hours, working and leading the job. after that point, I had another person to come take over the job, so I could get back to the office. So your comment saying no one communicated with you about supplies, is not accurate. When we arrived, and you had no supplies, you were upset, that we did not have any. We did what we could to stay busy, while your husband, went and got 24 blankets, and a roll of shrink wrap. The extra time it took was not in our control, as we normally start with wrapping the furniture, and we could not start with that. I made mention about the fact, that it was a job that needed more than 2 men, and you agreed, and we arranged for a 3 man. which you got, and received, and the job was done as quickly as we could, and with no damage. Sorry again that we could not completely satisfy you. We are a professional, quality company, with a great rating, and I realize that not everyone can be happy. Thanks for the opportunity.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
