I had a great experience with MBGS! As soon as I booked my movers, I received a personal call from Greg himself to talk through the move day and how to best prepare (what materials are best for packing safely and securely).

I was very pleased with the movers who helped. They were so meticulous about their work -- carefully securing all my items in my pod. It was a shock we were able to fit everything, but they did it!

I highly recommend M.B.G.S. for your move!

On time & ready to handle the first task of getting the POD open. It was so poorly packed by the HAH group in FL consequently a lot of items fell against the door when it was moved. They were very respectful and to me and of my property. Both worked hard. I definitely would use the again.

Matt and Paul were on-time, well-prepared, and did a great job. Place our items in a U-Pack container efficiently and carefully. Interesting watching them jigsaw puzzling how all the items fit together. Would definitely use again, and MBGS as a company was great on the phone and in-person!

Thank you for all of your help!! They were wonderful, even in the heat and with a second floor move. Those stairs and that heat were enough to do me in, but these guys were steadfast in their work. Thank you, thank you, again! I would absolutely recommend you for any move.

Dreadful. Just a rotten case of bait and switch. Final charge was more than double estimate. Greg never came to the house to personally see what was to be moved. He was no help when we asked to change dates and again when we complained about the way they packed and stuff they left behind, blaming us for not keeping him informed when he was in the phone with the crew leader for a long time discussing the situation. Movers loaded items they were specifically told NOT to load including big items, furniture and computers, printer and modem/router leaving us with no computer/online access. They didn’t take anything to the street as we asked. If they had followed instructions, they would have gotten all the items in the two pods. Movers left a terrible mess when they left. We had to hire other movers ourselves the next day to finish the job. We are going to be filing a dispute and claim for damages

Hello Nancy, After doing the loading portion of your move. We appreciate that you called us on August 5th, to schedule the unloading service with us. We were unavailable for the date you wanted. Hopefully you found some help, to do the unloading. We are sorry that, not everything fit in the containers that you provided for loading. The team said that, upon their arrival, there were still a lot of items to be packed, and that there was confusion about what is to be loaded, and what does not. I was also informed that, this changed through out the move, and they did what were asked. While moving is very stressful for most all people, we can only do so much, when the customer makes changes, as the move goes on. The team did all they could.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
