Great guys! Were right on time and emptied far sooner than the 2 hr. minimum, but worth their pay!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

They were on time and were prepared to work. They worked hard but had a lapse in time that both were working. One of the guys left the our house for about 30 minutes, leaving only one to handle everything. They were very cautious with our furniture but we've since found quite a few scratches on several high end items that weren't there prior to our move. I probably would use them in a pinch but would monitor their work a lot more carefully.

I have never had such a great moving crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My next move I wouldn't use anyone but them. Professional in every respect. They know exactly how to pack and how to unpack a POD. They moved everything into my apartment professionally as well. I cannot give them high enough praise for their work. In comparison to my previous moving experience, this was completely night and day. Best moving experience ever and I moved several times over the last 40 years. From Ohio, to New York, to Massachusetts, to Atlanta and 3 times in Arizona, so I speak from experience. Thank you so much for making this a great moving experience.

Wayne and Lee did a fantastic job moving our things from a U-haul trailer to a storage unit and our house. They were very careful even with bigger heavy objects. They were on time, well prepared for the job, worked very hard, handled my property with respect and good judgement. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They spent the extra time to load the truck right. Even as things kept popping up, they were able to make it fit. 3 hr job grew to 6, but was still completed with minimal delay.

The movers were on time and ready to roll. Despite a wicked set of stairs and a hot day, they worked their butts off. On some aspects they went above and beyond my expectations to make this easier for us. The truck I rented was a little smaller than I should have probably gone with, but they did an awesome job of cramming everything in like a jigsaw puzzle, and didn't damage our furniture. A much better experience than that we experienced with another company in the past. I would recommend M.H.M.E. for sure.

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
