Four days before the move, I rescheduled from afternoon to morning. When they did not show up, I called the owner, Danny. First he tried to say that my job was for the afternoon. Then he acknowledged that he "double-booked" me (I had a text to prove the time change). He agreed to send one more man for free. The crew did a good job. But at time of payment, he tried to count an additional hour (to make up for the free mover, maybe?). The lead mover sided with me so I did not end up paying extra. So, good movers, but poor management, borderline dishonest.

The movers showed up on time and were prepared for the job. I needed them to move from one apartment to another within the same complex. They required us to empty or remove the drawers from the dressers, which we did. they carried the dresser, but did not move the drawers. They moved the sofa, but not the cushions. I had hired them for two hours and I thought they could have done more within the allotted time. I am giving them an average rating because they did an average job. If I had to do it over, I would probably not use this service again. There are other movers who might be able to do the job better for a better price.

These guys were fantastic. I actually arrived a little later than I planned, but they were there, ready to go, and even finished early. They focused on unloading all the heavy stuff first to make sure it was taken care of. They were fast, careful, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them again and I plan to use then for my next move as well!

Superior Service did a great job! They were about 30 minutes early and called to notify us of this. They worked efficiently and were done in the allotted time. I requested they bring dollied which they did. We plan to use them again when we move in a few months.

I have to say, I did not think I had much stuff to move...but when I realized I had more than I bargained for, I needed some movers. This company took care of everything and did it in great time. I recommend them very much. When I need to move again I know who I will be looking for.

I hired three men for three hours to load a 16 foot "Packrat". Two arrived on time. One was about 5 minutes late. I have very tall ceilings so the stairs were about 1.5 stories high. They worked hard and did a very good job. My only concern would be that they were booked for another job at 2:00. Since we started at 11:00, that would have eaten into my 3 hours had they not finished early. I don't appreciate that kind of behavior on the part of the provider. The boys themselves were great.
NOTE: Our men do not share start times with our customers. If you overhear the men speaking about a following job, please disregard it. We have many crews working simultaneously that can cover for each other in the case that one is held up.

Two movers showed up with dollies and worked hard for the time I requested. They called a few days before and said they would be a half hour late and then the day of show up another half hour late on top of that due to another job. Despite that hiccup I would still use them again since they are respectful with my stuff and work hard.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
