They arrived right on time, went right to work. I live in a 3rd floor apartment, which involved them having to use the elevator and walk further than normal. They worked very hard and were very pleasant. They were very careful with my things. I would use them again and highly recommend Superior Service.

This company was recommended because the first was unable to move my belongings. I am so glad. The 2 movers arrived between the time they were assigned. And though I only scheduled for 2 hours, they did not waste time. Soon as they arrived they immediately got to work. My would like to give my 2 movers, Danny and Chris, 2 thumbs up!!! They were so polite and friendly. They took care of our furniture. I would recommend them and superior services. Job very well done. Thank you.

I called on 9 June and rescheduled for 30 June. I received confirmation from Hire A Helper that the dte was rescheduled. On 26 June, I got a confirmation call from Superior that everything was on schedule and they would arrive betwen 9 and 10 AM.
On 29 June they called and aske if they could start between 7 and 8 AM and I advised them anytime after 7 would work. At 10:10 no one had called, no answer on th phone, and No Packing of my items. Hire A Helpr providd anothr packing service who were prompt, courteous, and very efficient.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
