I was very impressed with Superior Service. They showed up within the initial time frame they quoted the day before the move. I had very specific instructions on where certain items needed to be placed in my Pack Rat. They accommodated the requests without any hesitation. They took great care of my items ensuring they were packed and secured properly. They only bring a small roll of packing wrap. I provided my own, and I was sure glad I did. I was fine with providing the plastic wrap. I was moving my items into a Pack Rat from a third floor apartment with no elevator. They seemed to do it with ease! I was very pleased with their service and the care they took for my items. Thanks for the great work! Will definitely use again for my Dallas-area moving needs.

Chris and Danny:
Both guys arrived a few minutes early and did a walk thru to determine what needed to be into a storage POD. Immediately after that they set to work and did not stop until the job was done. They brought their own dolly to move bigger items and they took great care to move the valuable pieces that my mom was most concerned about.
I would recommend their service and i definitely plan to hire them again to unload the POD.

They did an excellent job loading our POD. They were on time, professional and worked hard. We will use them again for our next POD and then hopefully again to unload both POD's at our new home.

They did a very good job! Danny was great. The man working with him when he would use the dolly to load the boxes and he was not discriminate how he used the dolly. He really scratched the wood floors when he was loading things. He did not put down pads in moving things.
I would use Danny again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
