The two gentlemen who moved us were very efficient once they got here. They were friendly and put the boxes where we wanted them, with the labels easily readable. They had to put a desk back together and they did a great job.
My only complaint is that there was no communication stating they were running 40 minutes late. I had to call after the agreed time of arrival had passed to find out.

Arrived late. There was an issue with the moving truck, and instead of unloading, they just stood there until I started unloading myself. Were quite pushy about the tip (literally looked at my phone and asked what I am going to leave).
