Tashari and jimmy were amazing, would definitely recommend using smart move Charlotte!

They were a bit late to start the job and moved pretty slow. They were a bit careless with my things which were marked as fragile. A few of my items were damaged. The job could have been completed in 2 hrs and took significantly longer than that. They were just okay and considering the amount of money I paid I dont think I would use them again.

Our bed frame was missing the wheel's, we had to buy a new one. They gave us $100 to compensate. They put the legs on wrong on dinning table, so they took extra time to fix.

Movers were inexperienced in how to move heavy furniture, as a result drop a chest and damage it beyond repair also damage wall molding and scared and dinted hard wood flooring. The movers Tae was inpatient and in a hurry and more concerned about his personal agenda. The rating should be lower. Both movers need some more customer care attitude.

T and Jimmy were great. They arrived on time and worked hard with some heavy lifting and finished unloading a 16’ pod ahead of time. A good experience and we would hire them again.

Was surprised how much they did within the 2 hrs.; had expected they would only get the heavy furniture. Appears they secured everything well. Hope the unloaders will be just as good.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
