What a fantastic job done on my move by AAA Movers! When I found that my Rat Pack Container was not going to be able to fit into my new Apartment complex for delivery, I was devastated! I had already arranged for a move the next day with AAA Movers. I called Danielle of AAA and she was a dream to work with. She said that her team could come to the Rat Pack Facility and unload my container and bring my items to me. I was so relieved! And, that is exactly what they in two days! We had James and his crew of 2 assist in loading only for our out of State move. The crew showed up on time, very professional and extremely polite; we need more of these traits in our world today.
Initially, we hired them for 4 hrs. As the end time was approaching we asked if they could help longer. The guys remained with us for another 2.5 hrs and hustled! Thank you James & team! You made a HUGE dent in our move, but in a good way~

James called the day before to discuss what to expect, so he and his crew arrived well prepared and with a clear plan. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They had all the necessary tools and materials with them to make the job a success. It was fascinating to watch they were able to maximize and optimize the use of space in the pod.They took excellent care of my possessions and packed them in such a way that I have full confidence they will arrive undamaged. I used AAA to pack 2 trailers, for a total of 44 feet of space for a cross country move in May 2025. Damion and a crew of 4 others helped pack both trucks and I was initially very happy with their service - they were very nice and polite while packing. However, it wasn't until I received the trailers at the destination that I was able to see the damage to many of my items from the crew's negligence and the lack of care was shocking. Delicate couch cushions were packed with no wrapping or protection of any kind, with grease stains from the truck, expensive rugs were placed on the base of the truck with no protection or wrapping. Almost every piece of wooden furniture was damaged from being scraped on the ground, without any moving blankets (I provided almost 100 blankets, not all were used by the crew) or plastic wrap protection. They had packed multiple heavy boxes and speakers on top of an upright piano that I specifically asked them to take special care of, which caused warping to the piano lid and damage to the speakers. In total, there was more than $10,000 in damages to expensive furniture, rugs, tables, piano, speakers, and couches.
I was honestly mainly so confused on how so many items were damaged since their rating was so good online, so I contacted James and Danielle Kirkland, the owners of AAA. After showing them many pictures of the moving trucks and damage, James was very apologetic and agreed that it was not up to his team's standard. He called it "the worst move he's ever seen." They agreed to a full refund for all of their services, which I agreed. James asked that I be patient while they issued a refund, as he wanted to avoid making a claim with his insurance, which I didn't mind as long as I was provided the refund in full. Unfortunately, James and Danielle have not kept their agreement and now over 3 months later, I am still waiting for them to refund the agreed sum. To date, they have only given me back approximately half what was paid. Additionally, they have stopped responding to my text messages asking when they will provide the remaining refund. I don't want to continue having to think about this now over 3 months after the move, I just want this to be over. I would never use AAA again and strongly advise against using their services. They are not to be trusted.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our clients will recieve a courteous call back, detailing the specifics of your move, and confirmation of fyour booked appointment.

We provide prompt, courteous and professional service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers who book loading jobs are encouraged to have rachet straps, moving blankets, and furniture shrink wrap. Customers who book packing jobs are encouraged to have boxes, packing tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and labels.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews are trained to handle a variety of moves including but not limited to: Local, Long distance, Office, In home furniture staging, Commercial.

I love hearing and being apart of the clients moving experiences.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crews consist of workers who have experience moving professionally. Many are previously leaders in other moving companies. We are constantly evaluating the standards of work they provide. Safety is our main goal and ensure that lifts are done in proper form, and clients belongings are free from damage.
