I am the Owner and Executive Director of GR8LABOR, a moving and general labor company that assists the community in locating dependable and reasonably priced moving services. We serve over 8000 customers per year who are looking for quick, efficient, and professional service. Packing, loading and unloading, shrink and bubble wrapping, furniture covering, and so on are all examples. We also offer additional services to meet the needs of our customers. they need to have someone train them in loading a pod. you cant get a good load with all boxes in first then the larger stuff. I also have a broken desk that cant be fixed so I will have to get a new one then I get where I'm going.

They were a little late, but they called to let me know, so that wasn't an issue. They got everything done, my stuff was cared-for, and while not effusive, they were polite and respectful. I'd use them again, yes, and recommend them too.

Over all I thought the 2 gentle men that came did a great job. They showed up promptly and listened to all of our instructions There were a few items that were placed incorrectly, but that was due more towards a lack of instruction on our part. The initial pricing was competitive, but I was a little put off that they decided that 3 of the desks that we had were considered oversized. Their manager arrived and stated that we have to pay an oversized fee of $150.00 for each of the 4 desks. I had to correct him that there were only 3. These desks were being moved from one room to another room a short distance away within the same building. All on the ground floor. We made the extra effort to purchase some sliders that easily made it possible to move these desks across the floor, but they made up some excuse why this would not work. We had to pay as much or more to move 3 desks a short distance away as we did for the rest of their services. I just felt that was a bit much and with the fact that this more than doubled our original expenditure I felt as though I had been taken advantage of.

Tim and Javonte were fantastic! They showed up on time, were both incredibly courteous and professional, and truly worked their hardest to fill my Pod from to to bottom. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

There were 2 helpers . The older fellow was quiet and respectful and worked hard . The younger one was okay at first but then as time went on he started to complain about being tired and when he was doing the unload he started acting tired and complaining about having to take bags and boxes either upstairs or to the basement and at one point he just left the bags at the top of the basement stairs and I had to take them down . I really appreciated their arrival time ,it was earlier than I expected ,so that was good. So the older of the two was great and the younger one went down hill fast. I did appreciate being able to get someone on very short notice and on a holiday(Veterans Day).

William and Neil were great and helped... me unload a large container of my household goods which included a number of very heavy items. They were timely, polite, and worked hard throughout the entire move. Michael called to confirm that my schedule, to let me know when his guys were on the way, & to check in during/after the move. The only negative was that we really needed the appliance dolly I requested...but Neil & William made it work with out!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
That our team will call 30minutes or more before arrival and movers will be on time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more organize the better the move will go if they have any questions our team is just a phone call away and will answer any question they may have. So the can rest assure they will have a great move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done alot of moves over the years local mostly some long distance even office moves. We have loaded and unload hundreds of pods and ABF trailers and so on. You name it we probably moved it pianos gun safes. Book us today thank you in advance for the business. Corporate moves and commercial moves are something we specialize in also thank you!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people everyday and just being able to help people with something they couldn't do without us because we are the pros and we love what we do.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with an extensive 20 hour mover training course which is industry standard. After training the trainee will be with one of our vet who has 10 years or more experience in the moving industry who can lead and guide our trainees in the right direction.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
