Relocation with We Move It

Yes. They worked hard and fast.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Somewhat.
Would you use them again? No. These individuals were not familiar with mattress bags, box tape guns, ratchet straps or the proper use of furniture pad moving blankets nor did they properly and professionally load the truck in an intentional manner that shows training or knowledge of the moving industry. It was two young guys who just showed up in regular vehicle with no gear of any kind. Not in a uniform. Very friendly and were able to effectively communicate.
I did provide all of the proper supplies needed for protecting and securing the load and they were not used to the best efficiency and purpose whatsoever. They completed the job in about an hour and I had to pay for a minimum of 2 hours. I would not say the cost/value ratio was justified.
The job got done but this was by no means a professional service by professional movers.
Overall, this seems to be a rather strange review. If anybody would like photos of the completed load, just let us know. We take photos of every load we do.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Initial contact within 24 business hours, follow up phone call the day before your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Phone call approx 30 minutes before arrival on day of move. Movers will be careful, courteous, respectful, hard working, and safety-minded.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare by having loading area clear of snow, ice, and yard debris. Make sure no pets can sneak outside when doors open. For one way moves, please provide appropriate number of moving pads or blankets to protect furniture and artwork.
