My movers were hired to assist in loading heavy awkward items into a temporary storage container. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They had all of the necessary equipment and loaded the container in a way that maximized the used space. They worked very hard and took a great deal of care wrapping and protecting my belongings as they carried and loaded them.
I will absolutely call them again when we unload the container at our permanent home.

We had a little order snafu between myself, Hire-a-Helper, and E&J Cleanouts and Moving, that was a basic miscommunication between us. Despite that, Erik made sure to make everything right. The three helpers were extremely hard working and very capable movers. I had my doubts about all of our belongings fitting inside a 26' truck, but they were able to get just about everything in. I would definitely recommend these movers for local St. Louis moves!

Really great job! They helped us move in and were on time, friendly, and efficient. They also helped us assemble our furniture and move the uhaul truck. A little pricey but definitely worth the money!

E&J Cleanouts & Moving were very efficient and helpful during our move. We moved to the STL area from out of state and I was able to set up the unloading time very easily through them. They showed up on time and prepared to unload. They worked non-stop to unload the truck fully and placed everything in the new home where we requested. They were very careful with all of our belongings. I would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

We offer and have done all types of moves such as: RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL, LONG DISTANCE MOVING, LABOR ONLY SERVICES FOR LOADING CUSTOMERS TRUCKS OR PORTABLE CONTAINERS, IN-HOUSE MOVING, JUNK HAUL AWAY, FLAT RATE MOVES, PACKING SERVICES, PER PIECE MOVES, OVERSIZED PIECE MOVES.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
