The 2 guys who helped us knew what they were doing they were very professional and fun to talk to. Down to earth guys who joke around and are simply kind people.
I had to reschedule from my first appointment and the new appointment was more expensive but worth every penny and more. Thank you for making our moving easy, simple and fun.

The guys were on time and packed the container without any wasted space. At no fault of Keenan's, there were confusing emails about who in the end was doing the work or I would have given 5 stars.

I grossly underestimated the task at hand. I had a VERY heavy entertainment center that needed to be lifted up stairs and around a tight corner and banister. I only requested 2 men, but they along with our help got the whole thing up the stairs, even though more men should have been requested. They were very friendly, caring of our house and furniture and determined to get the job done! I would highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs! 10/10

Oh wow were the guys perfect. They were on time, courteous (sir and ma'am level of courteous), fun and friendly, ridiculously fast and incredibly strong. They got stuck with a ton of stairs and just went to work. What took them 3 hours would have been 3 weeks for us, plus hospitalization. So grateful for their help!

I would think twice before selecting this company. Their rates are very reasonable, but an error in the final bill, mistaking a $30 tip for a $300 tip on a $299 job and refusal to refund the mistake left me with a very unpleasant experience with this Mover. Clearly anyone would have realized this was an obvious mistake and do the right thing and refund the difference. Scott Keenan's refusal to acknowledge the mistake, is a very bad business practice in my mind. Being a business owner myself, I would NEVER turn an obvious typing error into a shady way to make extra money at the customers expense. I would not recommend hiring this service.

Mover's response:

I'm sorry ma'am you are 100% wrong and I'm sorry you feel that way it has nothing to do with any Shady business practices again I'll use a perfect example if you give somebody a tip who's a waitress or waiter and you gave them to Hive a tip in your opinion cash or on a credit card you would never go back and ask them to do that that is a shady and that is poor of some of the deal you made a mistake own your mistake deal with it and go on with life and learn from the mistakes that is responsibility and that is the right thing to do and even my higher power and pretty much everybody's hydropower would agree with this I'm sorry you feel this way and it's your mistake you made it nobody else should have to pay for your mistake
