I had an excellent experience with Agent V. I was notified by the movers when they were on their way to our home. They showed up on time and were great at organizing our belongings. They were so polite and professional. Highly recommend their service and would hire them again.

Both Pete and Aaron were awesome! Timely, worked fast, padded everything well and nothing was broken or even scratched. They even assisted with the TV set up! Next time I use HireAHelper I hope they are still around.

I used them once before and they were great. Maybe because they had their boss with them that time. Well this time, the work was shoddy. Two guys came at 8am and started working. After 15 minutes, they said they'd like to pick up a third person to make the work faster, but we said we had to be out by 12noon due to a previous engagement so we asked them to just keep going. They offered to extend their time by 1 hour because there's only two of them, which we agreed to... for $30... for a half hour... each... in cash... We said we'll get in touch with their boss instead. Anyway, after a while they literally left for 2 hours without telling us to pick up the third person and just called me on my phone that they were already gone. I was back an forth with their boss on the phone, even considered to just cancel their job. However, we had a deadline as our PODS container was to be picked up the next day, so we were stuck with them. I told their boss about their little plan to get cash from us with the "work extension" and he immediately apologized and did try to make things right. When they showed up again, the guy wanted to know if we still wanted them to work. We had no choice at that point so these three guys started to load up our POD container. It wasn't until we got to our destination (we moved to another state) that we realized the crappy job they did of shoving our stuff in the POD. We bought ropes to secure things and they didn't bother to use them. We had scratches on our furniture. They didn't even bother to properly use the furniture pads that we rented and provided to them. Terrible work. I'm just glad that I don't have to use them again.

the crew was nice and polite but they dragged my expensive mattress on a dirty floor and that was upsetting. They also stacked boxes 3 or 4 deep and that makes it hard for me to reach things.
