The team was really prepared and completed unpacking of 2 PODs under the allotted time. They were very careful and clean. Would hire these guys anytime!!!!

This is the 2nd time I have asked for and used Zooming Moving LLC. They were great, very friendly, careful, speedy, and efficient! The only problem I had is major only to me due to my situation (that would be no problem at all for others) which is a severely injured spine needing surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. In the midst of working so hard which they did, they missed the sign to please only stack crates 3 high so I can get to them, and I tried getting a few down only to experience pain like I never felt before. Still, I have to say, the crates and boxes were extremely neatly stacked. The crates were stacked and handed (like an assembly line) to Jordan (the younger of the 2) who carried them to the basement non stop for an hour and a half. He even had the garage crates downstairs before I knew it. Both worked hard and represented the company well!

Had problems with T.V. console moving into T.V. room.Took 3 doors off hallway, took side molding off frame of door into the room, took our console apart, taking off the molding around the unit, scratched the paint on the woodwork in the hallway, left dirty smudges on the door frame . When they put the door back onto the console unit, they did not put it on correctly. My husband had to drill new holes for the magnetic closer. I realize this was a close area to move this unit. Jay and Logan had a very difficult time. BUT, I used Jeff and Tyler the last time and they took this unit out of the room it had been in, right next to this room and moved it around in this narrow hall, put it in the room. Not one problem, did not use straps or slides, just their strength and knowledge of how to move furniture. They also moved it out of the T.V. room they had just moved it into, moved it out and put it in our garage.
Grant you, this hallway is small and was a challenge, but the difference in the movers and their knowledge of how to move furniture was night and day. I would not want them again.
But, give me Jeff and Tyler any day.
The plus for Jay and Logan was, they were on time, worked very hard (since they did not know how to move the unit properly) and was not respectful of our property - - - -I would not use them again.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The 2 young men who moved everything into a POD were efficient and very professional. Did not stop and even finished a 15 minutes under my 2 hour time constraint. If the need comes up, will definitely use them again. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.
