They arrived 2 hours after the window and at the end of the day, wanted paid for the drive time between jobs, which had never been discussed when booking/confirming. I still tipped some (cash) because the movers were friendly and the work got done, but can't recommend J&M anymore due to being so late and then adding fees after the fact. Moving day is stressful enough as it is.

Our experience was great! We had help loading a 28 foot trailer. They were able to set up the ramp and came prepared with plastic wrap. They worked hard and finished early. They were respectful of our house and belongings. We would definitely use them again.

We used Hire a Helper last year to help us unload a POD and the did a fantastic job. This year we knew who to call to unload POD #2. They are always on time and up to the challenge. Sergio, DJ, William and Greg are polite and conscientious of what we need. Always a smile and work constantly.
We already have them set up for POD #3 coming in July. I don’t need to look further than J and M. They are my go to guys every time. Great job guys and Thank You for the great service.

The guys were great and DJ is a puzzle master at fitting the maximum possible in the pod. The crew worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until they were done. They also went out of their way to expertly wrap the few items I hadn't. Great job!

I’ve handled it all my favorite moves would be long distance because I get to see new parts of my state places I would never see if I wasn’t a mover.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people and getting that work out from all the heavy lifting.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every week we do routines and find new ways to get around sharp corners and how to be more efficient practice makes perfect!
