These guys were personable and worked quickly. I did get the feeling that getting things done in 2 hours was more important than my property, I saw them bump into walls in my apartment a few time with my furniture. A lot of my furniture is damaged, mainly from the separate shipping company but some may also be from careless bumping into walls and unloading. They did have to carry my items from a truck (city street parking) to my building which was a block away so I appreciated that. I had to ask to have furniture places against the wall or straightened out instead of just placed sporadically, which I feel should have just been common courtesy. Again, they worked hard but it felt a little rushed with my items.
As far as working fast, we hurried so that your time did not go over and plus we had to transport items two blocks between your location and the freight truck.
That is typically a $75 charge if we have to use one of our vehicles,
But seeing how stressed you were about the condition of your items as it was shipped, we did not want to add to that stress by charging you more.
We typically do not offer free transportation services, but we were lucky that one of our movers did have a pickup truck to move the items between your freight truck and your house.

Superior quality service with helping me load my 16' POD. I would trust them to load for me even if I were not home- they are that good and honest!! They communicated ahead of time so I was prepared for them to arrive, and they started working right away. They quickly loaded my POD with everything I had packed up, and even took apart my bed and wrapped it securely. These guys took great care of my things and are Tetris kings! I still had plenty of room leftover after they were complete, which I used for my last oddball things. Also, as a nice touch they cargo strapped the bed as an end cap to the "brick" they loaded, and they provided the cargo straps- nice touch! I highly recommend Cozy Bear, and I would definitely use them again!

What an absolute pleasure it was using Cozy Bear Moving services. Both of the gentlemen were extremely polite and efficient with the time I scheduled them for. They came in introduced themselves and then we proceeded to go through what needed to be placed in the pod. Both were fast and very careful with all my belongings.
