Kush mover, Lawrence and Henry (I’m exhausted from packing so hopefully I got that right) did an amazing job.
On time, prepared, extremely professional and courteous. I had a few more delicate items that I let them know about, which they took great care of.
They did a fantastic job of optimizing space and securing the loads.
I couldn’t be happier with my moving experience and highly recommend them to any and everyone. I’ve been very stressed about this move but this facet of it went great.

The movers were insulting and caused one of my roommates to cry from their comments. At one point, they stated that "these people are a joke and the last job did it right". Constantly making remarks that there "Is no room to put things" as well. I have never had such poor service in my entire life and will never hire again. In addition, they were severely late, with one of their two person crew showing up even later than the first guy showed, forcing us to assist them in moving things in to do the job they were hired to do. Incredibly unprofessional behavior. The audacity of them trying to solicit tips from us after their poor service is unbelievable and unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund, or be doing a chargeback through my bank if they refuse.
Update: The service received from Kush Movers notwithstanding, HireAHelper assisted me in making things right. Despite the bad service received from their contractor, I would recommend HireAHelper for your mover needs as their customer service is top notch.

Your truck was poorly packed and house was unsanitary

The service and the owner were so disrespectful. Even our neighbors witness to his attitude.
They arrived and looked at our pod and our stuff and said, they had put more stuff in 16 foot trailer. I had called Kevin, the owner, and also texted him what materials they need couple of days before move and he never responded, so we got what hireahelper told us. Kevin asked us to buy more stuff and my husband bought it. I had told him BEFORE he arrived that I have packed clothes and toys but not kitchen and would need their help. When he arrived he said he doesn't do it but he will pack it. At the end, he didn't pack it. Around when 3/4th pod was packed, he asked us what needs to go first and what could be left. I specifically told BOX mattress could be left out. However they packed it and then asked again what needs to be left. I told them I asked to leave BoX and after some amount of expressive anger, he asked his workers to take it out. They packed the whole pod with significant stuff still left out. (Remember they said they fitted more stuff in 16 foot than what we had). We were okay because we agreed to donate it. After the packed the pod, the legs of our entertainment center, rolled out of the pod in addition to a long screw. To which my husband and I showed Kevin that it's from the entertainerment center and he refused to believe and said his guys bubble wrapped it. Then when we said that it is from entertainment center because we assembled it and we know the wood attached to this legs is from that entertainment center to which he screamed at us and said that they are going to take all of the stuff out and not pack it again and charge us for that. We asked them not to do so and he was so disrespectful. I said you should be empathetic and be polite to your customers, you might have moved 1000 pods but this is our first one! He even said to my husband and I qoute, " you both were talking to me and hence I behaved that way. We should be talking MAN to MAN!!!!" He also added that at my house, my wife goes inside when he is talking!!!

This is by far the most ridiculous experience I have had ever. We are moving between states and are obviously not experienced to pack a pod but definitely experienced and brought up to be polite and courteous. A business owner cannot be so rude if he wants his business to florish.
I also want to note that the workers Raymond was extremely well behaved and Omar (if I got his name right) were only ones working towards the task.
I am never going recommend anyone to book his services.

I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional moving crew recently, and I wanted to express my gratitude for their outstanding service. The Crew chief, who is the owner's brother showed up on time and was excellent at wrapping the furniture and packing it into the PODS. One other gentleman showed up around 10:00, 2 others just before and after 11:00. In an effort to make it right, they found a 5th guy that showed up around noon. At noon I had about 5+ hours of manpower hours, we but should have had 12 (4 crew members x 3 hours). Two of the arrivals stood around a lot waiting for specific direction. One of them was on his phone constantly not working. Two others seemed experienced, but I got the impression all these guys answered Craigs List or similar adds the morning of the move, and never worked together before. The job wasn't done until nearly 4:00 pm, with just 2 people left at that point. The others started peeling off between 1:00 and 2:00. They were all very respectful, but honestly, my wife eventually had to continuously tell them what to do, and frequently how to do it. Probably the worst experience in hiring moving labor help we've ever had. I think the crew chief was put in a difficult position to try and delegate responsibilities to the crew that didn't know each other, half of which I would never recommend for a job.
