Many of my furniture items were chipped and scratched..They arrived here without a refrigerator dolly and damaged my refrigerator. The crew only had one funnizure dolly, or crab dolly so l allowed them to use mine. Because of the way in which they moved me, and the amages inciurred,, I was ovrecharged about $350 .Their methods of loading and unloading was inefficient and delayEd the move.. I am disappointed. I should have gone over to Home Depot and grabbed two guys. I now know for future service to use another service. I don't have time to go to small claims court, am restitution from you for $350. Additionally, the guy kept telling what you could not do and how this and that would not work and I go\t the household items in that place. I terribly disappointed with your service. Your service guys came illeqipped.and unprepared to do the job. I have been overcharged.
