They were on time and super prepared for the job. They finished faster than any movers I've ever had! Nothing was broken, and they even put together my bed once the move was complete. They were realistic and knowledgeable in assessing inventory, provided a fair and reasonable estimate on how long the job would take, and were on target with their original estimate. Owner, Jorge and workers were on time, pleasant, respectful and hard working even in 100 degree weather. My belongings appeared to be packed very efficiently. My furniture was wrapped carefully and thoroughly. I felt workers listened to my directions and treated my things with respect. I would recommend that homeowners ask for floor coverings to be placed through the house to protect flooring as workers move around and use equipment. It would have been nice to be contacted by Thunderbird Moving after I made my reservation instead of my having to call them. I would recommend this mover.

Jorge contacted me ahead of time to walk thru the task of loading and moving us. He was very professional and nice. The team of 4 people arrived right on time, we walked thru the house, and they began their task of wrapping, loading our containers. They worked as a team and completed the packing and loading of our containers on time. They brought everything we needed to get the job done and were very careful will my furniture and accessories. I was extremely happy with the entire process and have recommended them to my realtor for future customers who might be moving. I would most definitely use them again!

with the exception of the main guy who left for 1/2 the duration of my move (he was not obligated to be there)the men were not as experienced & hoped for considering they are pricier than other movers. I felt afraid for my furniture. I could hear things and see things being "banged around". objects clearly marked "fragile" were not handled with care. sigh. when the main person came back, he oversaw things well but was constantly trying to "sell me" on my upcoming unload-move, which I found annoying. all-in-all not the worst mover experience I had.

Thunderhorse Movers were great. George is very pleasant, funny, well prepared and right on time. He brought wrapping materials and pads just in case, but used up my materiels first. His crew was polite, very energetic and did an amazing job wrapping furniture and packing the load. His loader was careful and inventive. There was no breakage, although we started running out of room and some antique pieces started holding boxes the loader would have preferred not to. (We had Too many books). But They were done in three hours. The crew that unloaded the POD took four! Very pleasant experience and very satisfied customer.
