If you need movers, don't hesitate to hire these guys. We considered hiring a full service mover (the big companies) to make our cross country move and got quotes of around $9k for our 3 bedroom house. Took a look at the option of Upack (ABF) where you pack a trailer yourself and found we could save a lot of $$$ and our contents would actually be safer. Only problem was, we needed to hire some help to load - That's where Hire-A-Helper and Thunderhorse came to the rescue. In one word, these guys were fantastic! Very professional, very careful, considerate and hard working. George and his crew were not only on time, but understood the process a lot better than we did. I completely underestimated the time and manpower needed, but Thunderhorse had us covered from the beginning and made what could be a stressful and difficult experience about as easy as it could be. They wrapped all our furniture and used clever ways to protect and pack our stuff so that everything arrived in great shape. Thunderhorse was a real blessing!

Many of my furniture items were chipped and scratched..They arrived here without a refrigerator dolly and damaged my refrigerator. The crew only had one funnizure dolly, or crab dolly so l allowed them to use mine. Because of the way in which they moved me, and the amages inciurred,, I was ovrecharged about $350 .Their methods of loading and unloading was inefficient and delayEd the move.. I am disappointed. I should have gone over to Home Depot and grabbed two guys. I now know for future service to use another service. I don't have time to go to small claims court, am restitution from you for $350. Additionally, the guy kept telling what you could not do and how this and that would not work and I go\t the household items in that place. I terribly disappointed with your service. Your service guys came illeqipped.and unprepared to do the job. I have been overcharged.
