It is my belief that Allstar Movers was not honest in its "order confirmation" in that they quoted me one price that had a piano listed on it and then after the piano was taken off the truck and brought into my apartment building the mover decided to call his "boss" to say that I was not charged for the piano to be moved. The piano was listed and described on the "order confirmation" dated 9/5/2020. I received no further communication from them to reflect a new quote for moving the piano. My move was on 11/1/20. After the piano was moved into my apartment building, the price for completing the move to my apartment (via elevator no stairs) was $250.00 more than my original quote. I was completely blindsided with this information and I was told I had two options: either pay the $250 or the movers would leave it where it was and I would have to find someone else to move it!!! I felt I had no choice but to pay the $250. I truly believe I was scammed into paying an extra $250. The piano was written on the mover's paperwork. He had knowledge that there was a piano. Why was it not brought to my attention before the move? Why did they wait until it was next to impossible for me to find another mover? I believe Allstar Movers should be removed from your referral list!!!

The two helpers we had were here on time and very nice young men. They moved exactly what I needed them to move and did it in a professional way. They had some tough things to move from upstairs to my garage. Very Happy.

We used Allstar Movers this past month as we were moving out of state. We needed the movers for 2 hours. One of the movers got lost on their way and was over 45 minutes late. Although they were able to move some of our items, they weren't able to move all of it. We booked and payed for a 2 hour time slot, but we only received an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes of moving. If they didn't get lost and were on time, they would have been able to move everything. We understand that times are tough now, so we did provide a tip. The mover who was late said they would speak with their manager, but we have not heard anything since our November 1 move date.

Showed up right on time and mostly worked hard. Unfortunately had to leave at exactly 2 hours, and we weren't done yet. My son and I managed to finish, but it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility in the schedule.
