They showed up on time and were polite, strong, worked hard, assembled all beds, tables, desk/hutch, very careful and fast. Took time to ask about where items need to be placed and care with the walls and other items in the home.
Very nice young men! Would recommend them to anyone moving in this area.

One of the workers (Chase) was good natured and a hard worker. When we were finished he told me he needed a job. The other person who was the link to budget movers was atrocious. Chase told me he had been drinking, after one of his many disappearances he returned smelling like marijuana, he asked to use the rest room and was in there for 15 minutes doing who knows what but worst of all were the many and continual attempts to remain in the house by himself...I protected my valuables. Chase and I were unloading a motorcycle from the vehicle trailer when he came up grabbed a hold on the front wheel almost causing us to drop it. I yelled at him 3 times to let go before he did. His hyper active behavior came after his trip to the bathroom. Finally he was unable to apply the correct procedure for payment after I corrected that he kept standing around trying to get a tip until I finally told him to get in the car and leave. I would NOT hire them again and my recommendation would be for hire a helper to delete them from there choices. Spend a little extra and get someone in a uniform. Tim W. Murfreesboro, TN

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I explained on the phone that I had heavy bulky furniture and I needed help loading it. I was VERY specific on the size and weight of my furniture and mattress. I scheduled the arrival time between 7-8am and they showed up an 9am. Both men were smoking when they got there and reeked of smoke. One of the men walked with a limp and must have been in his 60's. He didn't look like he could lift a box let alone my 220 pound mattress. The experience was a nightmare. They didn't handle my furniture with care at all. It was pushed and dragged around instead of lifted. I wrapped my $8000 mattress in plastic to protect it and I told them they couldn't lift it by the plastic. They didn't bring anything with them so I offered my forearm lifts i had. They could barely lift this mattress and tore the plastic. It was ridiculous to watch considering I very clearly explained what I had when they called to confirm my order. I was helping load the truck and pack it when my hand was crushed. He pushed a piece of furniture and smashed my hand in between two pieces. I was literally crying and neither one of the men said one word. They just stood there like idiots. I would not recommend Budget Movers at all and I would not have paid them if I had a choice. It was a pure nightmare and waste of my time and money. They ended up costing me money!!!

The guys who helped us were friendly, respectful and very hard working. They called ahead to let us know their ETA, and arrived on time. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

They called about 15 minutes or so out to give me warning how far out they were. They arrived on time. My tasking was to move mostly boxed items into the garage and some boxes into the house. They worked quickly and didn't stand around waiting to be specifically directed to do something; I appreciate self-starters. Where I had obvious damage they made sure that I knew it before they moved it. No damage or mishandling was done by them. They appeared to be genuinely nice, affable guys. Would I hire them again? The answer is an easy yes.
