I wasn't 100% pleased with their loading service. I don't mind movers talking but when I'm paying you for a job, I expect you to work hard and not stop to carry on a conversation with me, unless it pertains to moving item(s). I informed the movers that I didn't want to go over the 2 hours; however, it ended up being a 3 hour job costing me extra money. They loaded the truck to the max but unfortunately a lot of things didn't make it on the truck, which was very disappointing. Another disappointment was arriving at my destination and having the other HireAHelper movers point out damage item(s). Although I wasn't 100% pleased with the the service, the guys were very nice. Regardless of how nice they were I would've appreciated less talking. I would have to say that I wouldn't use them again.

The movers did a good job. They were a little late but did call due to being lost. Even though I did request in my order to bring tools and a dolly to take apart furniture they did not bring any and we had to work around the problem. Unsure whose fault that was, the
Movers or the company who set it up. They did work hard and got the job done.

The men showed up on time, they worked hard and disassembled beds as well as loaded and they did so handling all items with care and I would use them again they did the best they could do to jam a ton of stuff on a truck that was not quite big enough.
