VIP Movers provided excellent service! They were polite (which is unheard of these days) and their communication was great. They called when they were running late and even provided addtl time to the slot they were allotted for our loading job to make up for the lost time. VIP movers went above and beyond and attempted to strategically load the POD to pack as much items as they could and even explained what they attempted to accomplish.
After unsuccessfully being able to load everything into the one POD they apologized, and offered their services to come back the next day and help load the last of the items into whatever we were able to rent even if it was after normal working hours.

Ledwin and Nel assigned to us the loading and unloading. They were incredible. We’d been worried about gettting the truck loaded properly and ensuring our furniture was properly broken down and wrapped with moving blankets to prevent damage since we had no idea what we were doing. Ledwin and Nel came in with big smile and great attitudes! Strong like oxen, they took over the process and did it very well (and efficiently!). They took great care of all of our belongings. They noticed the truck we rented had a slight leak and made sure everything was protected. We could not be happier with VIP and in particular, LEDWIN AND NEL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
