Oh my gosh, this company is horrible!!! They were supposed to arrive by 8:30am, but called me at the last second to inform me they had call outs and could only send 3 people instead of the originally requested 4. But then they said they did get a 4th person and all was great, while telling me they were running behind. A new estimated time of arrival turned to 9:00am, then to 10:00am, and then no further updates after that. Three people finally showed at 12:30pm. My husband and I started loading our own moving truck, cause we thought we got ghosted. Then the three people who did show up were terrible!! They banged up several pieces of my furniture, which I am now filing claims with for Hire-A-Helper; very unprofessional; and refused to take accountability when I called them out in the moment as they damaged walls and furniture constantly. I then see no further progress is being made and come to find them lounging around on someone else’s lawn. This was by far the worst moving experience ever. Hire-A-Helper was no better, as they refused to assist me properly and rectify the situation. They were just concerned with still charging me, which I explicitly told them I will not be paying for any of this service. If you see Superior Services as your mover, RUN!!!!! And shame on HireAHelper for not doing more.
