They turned up within the time frame expected. We had a basement and a storage unit elsewhere to pack up. They were quick, efficient and managed to get everything in the one truck. It was packed with barely inches to spare. Very impressed with the way it was packed. We had booked 4hrs and they were done with half hour to spare. I would definitely recommend these and would use them again in a heartbeat. Excellent job!

Sarah on the customer service was great. She tried to help and was very responsive but even though they told her they could come earlier, they didn't. There was nothing she could do. Once they arrived, the main helper knew what to do but he had to explain how to move each item to his helper every time! It took them as long as 20 minutes for each item to be loaded. Mind you we did all the moving and left them only several heavier items that we needed help (hence-hire a helper) Not only they came later than expected ( which cost me $200 extra storage fees) but they also talked too much. Again don't remember his name but the main helper was nice and knowledgeable but we feel like we paid for the other one's training time. We moved the same items to the storage only a month ago and used another company. They moved more items in less time. Exactly same locations same items.

The guys did a great job. They were on time, really efficient and professional. I'm currently recovering from chemo and it was a relief to have them unload the truck for me so quickly! They put everything where I asked them to and made sure it all fit. I'd use them again!

Dominic and Stefan arrived on time. They got right to work. They did not waste any time. Both hard working men. Carefully wrapped the furniture and packed the pack rat. They finished the job 15 minutes early . Very helpful, polite and knew how to use the space efficiently. I would recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
