The movers arrived 1 hour after their 2 hour arrival window passed. The office manager called me to keep me apprised but still, I was disappointed. The office manager told me she would send 4 movers instead of 2 for no extra charge because of the delay, but that never happened. Only 2 movers showed up. That aside, this was the worst move I have ever had. I’m sure these movers had a long day and it was terribly hot, but they moved extremely slow. It took them 3 hours and my 2 friends did more work than the movers did. My expectations were to sit and let the movers do the work and that was not at all what happened. My friends ran circles around the movers and, if not for them, I think I’d still be in the process of moving! I have thought long and hard about this review because I did not want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I relied on good yelp reviews when I chose this company. They were not rude or disrespectful, just very unfocused and unconcerned about getting the job done. I would recommend you keep looking because this company seriously let me down in the midst of a very stressful time. I would not recommend them. I hope this was an anomaly but I wanted to share my experience.

Two (2) men did a good job packing a 16’ portable container for cross country delivery. They were courteous and respectful of our home and property. A minor glitch occurred and was quickly corrected with the delivery of needed packing boxes. Thanks to two hard workers providing a service in a professional and courteous manner.
