Larry and Edward were amazing. As a single woman downsizing they were helpful , hardworking and definitely packed my Pod ,using every available space.They were so fast that I was running. Around looking for things for them to add in. They went above and beyond and made my anxiety about moving out disappear. And Larry kept in mind to leave me a little space to add In what I still needed to pack! Micah, who coordinated the entire process was so reassuring and calm..and kept me in the loop. It was a great experience ! Thank you Larry and Edward and Micah!!

My experience with Promovers was mixed and unfortunately leaned more on the disappointing side. The crew arrived on time and got the job done, but there were several issues throughout the day. The team argued among themselves quite a bit, which created a tense atmosphere and made the process feel unorganized. One mover spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone or standing around instead of helping, which slowed things down.
A few items were broken during the move. I understand that accidents can happen in the process, but I do believe more care and attention could have prevented some of the damage. The overall quality of the service didn’t meet my expectations.
That said, I did appreciate that the crew stayed a bit later to help with some last-minute tasks once they noticed I wasn’t fully satisfied. It was a helpful gesture, but unfortunately, it didn’t completely make up for the earlier issues.
I’m not sure I’d use this company again based on this experience.

4 hours late. Homeowner was very upset. When you call them you can’t through ,Will never use them again.
