I used HireAHelper to set up movers for both ends of my move across country. While my first movers were not to be recommended, I kept telling myself, "when we get to our new house, we'll have the marines helping us out." I was counting on professionalism that I knew marines would bring to the job. I was not disappointed. The two movers that helped on our job were friendly, knowledgeable, on time, efficient, and did an exceptional job. They were flexible with our changing plans (unloading at two different sites rather than one) and accommodated our needs. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again.

I can't give enough accolades and appreciation for the exemplary job that Stars and Stripes did to load all of my belongings (there were a lot!) in the 16 ft storage container. They were amazing!! To top it off, I called Moving labor Helper as the movers I had hired did not show up and the containers were to be picked up the same afternoon. They got here on time. TED , the one in charge of loading the pack-rat was great! He knows his job , very well and packed everything tight, so nothing would shift and break. The extra helpers were nice and did well. It was too hot from the young man that helped and a bit "lost" of what came next. But the man-in-charge kept things rolling and they worked great as a team.

They were early and professional. They even put together a desk that the other movers took apart without my permission. They found all the nuts and bolts to it as well that the other movers left all my other home. I told them that if I move from this location, I will definitely give them a call.

This was an especially difficult time as I was moving my mother from her home of over 30 years north to live with me. I had been there a week packing and trying to decide what to take, leave, sell. I was concerned any number of things could happen during the packing process. However, Stars and Stripes movers arrived on time and their professionalism was evident during the whole process. My mother was asking questions repeatedly, not understanding what was going on, the movers were kind and took time to stop, answer her questions and reassure her. The 100 pound dog kept getting in the way, yet they gave him time to move, never raised their voice or rushed him. They completed the job in the alloted time. I highly recommend them, not only for their packing skills but their ability to make a very difficult time easier.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price

We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
