They were late due to traffic, but worked very hard once they arrived. Didn't complain (at least in our hearing!) when we asked them to move furniture from one room to another because we didn't really know where things were going to be placed until we saw how it all looked. Romeo and Rick were great! They were on time and professional through out the job. We did a walk through and then they started in. They are packing pro's. They treated the furniture with respect and covered everything with moving blankets. There were lots of boxes and they got them in everywhere there was room. Nothing shifted and nothing was broken. Very fast. Their name should be Speedy Movers rather than Gentle Movers. I was glad my brother in law was on site, in the truck to help actually direct the packing. Before I had completed a walk thru of my home with the crew leader, his workers were already loading items in the truck. I tipped them for completing the job a half hour early, not the care they took with my belongings.
