Chris and Rodney were great! They kept us informed ahead of time, worked hard and cheerfully, handled our belongings carefully, remained patient and flexible, and were just really nice people. We hope we won't be moving again any time soon, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Chris and Lamar were great! They showed up ready to go and wrapped and loaded our items like experts. Both were very courteous, even when our kids seemed to get underfoot as they were shuttling furniture out to the moving truck. We also used them for unloading the moving truck at our new home and they did a great job maneuvering our large furniture upstairs! If we ever need to move again, we will definitely use One Direction!

These guys did a great job. I had them load up a truck for a move to Atlanta. They worked so hard and they packed the truck so efficiently - I can't say enough good things about them and would 100% recommend.

Well, I was disappointed that the guys showed up late and got started like hour after I wanted. They stated they were waiting for 4th guy. Tgey did start without him. Once 4th guy got there he worked 30 45 minutes and not full 2 hours I paid for. Some sort of refund is appropriate. Although it was a small job they did not work that fast. To make it worse one of the guys was asking me to give a 5 star rating. No. So, chalk it up to youth but this group was not smart. Training is required. I am sure they would thrive
For this particular job, three of our four crew members arrived at the very beginning of the scheduled window, and the fourth team member was delayed due to an unexpected traffic accident on the way. We immediately dispatched a backup crew member, who arrived within 45 minutesāstill well within the scheduled arrival window.
Our team completed the service efficiently and ahead of schedule, with no reported damages or concerns at the time. We did not receive any communication or request for a refund from the customer following the service, so this review came as a surprise. Not to mention there are no refunds for unused reservation time especially when only the minimum amount of time is reserved, that is the whole idea behind having an hourly minimum. While we understand that we canāt please everyone, we genuinely value all feedback and will continue working hard to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

While we provide excellent hands on training and guidance for all of our crew, we only hire experienced movers most of whom were co workers when i got my start over 10 years ago. Lead crew members with several years of experience and knowledge to share and learn.
