Well, I was disappointed that the guys showed up late and got started like hour after I wanted. They stated they were waiting for 4th guy. Tgey did start without him. Once 4th guy got there he worked 30 45 minutes and not full 2 hours I paid for. Some sort of refund is appropriate. Although it was a small job they did not work that fast. To make it worse one of the guys was asking me to give a 5 star rating. No. So, chalk it up to youth but this group was not smart. Training is required. I am sure they would thrive
For this particular job, three of our four crew members arrived at the very beginning of the scheduled window, and the fourth team member was delayed due to an unexpected traffic accident on the way. We immediately dispatched a backup crew member, who arrived within 45 minutes—still well within the scheduled arrival window.
Our team completed the service efficiently and ahead of schedule, with no reported damages or concerns at the time. We did not receive any communication or request for a refund from the customer following the service, so this review came as a surprise. Not to mention there are no refunds for unused reservation time especially when only the minimum amount of time is reserved, that is the whole idea behind having an hourly minimum. While we understand that we can’t please everyone, we genuinely value all feedback and will continue working hard to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

One guy worked really hard. One guy hardly worked and was on his phone a lot always checking his messages. The third guy was fine. When they got there the main guy said yeah this looks pretty easy and we paid for 3 hours and had 3 guys. We had everything ready to go they just needed to load. They took a 30 min break 2 hours in and then process slowed and I had to pay another 2.5 hours to get the job done when it looked pretty easy in the beginning. They tied everything down and everything fit in the uhaul but the extra money I had to pay for the lack of work by the one guy wasn’t right in my opinion even when I told the main guy the one guy wasn’t working a lot in the move. They were nice but cost me double what it should have .
For clarity, while this customer reserved a two-hour minimum, that time frame refers to the minimum service charge, not a guaranteed completion time. The actual duration of a move depends on the size and complexity of the job, and in this case, a 4–5 hour estimate would have been more realistic for the amount of items being moved.
Regarding the crew, one team member was briefly using his phone early in the job. As soon as we were informed, we addressed it immediately, and the issue was resolved within the first half hour—without affecting the overall progress of the move. The short break taken midway through the job was approximately 15–20 minutes, which is standard for longer projects.
Our team completed the move safely, securing all items properly with ratchet straps and rope. No damages occurred, and everything arrived in good condition. While we regret that our timeline didn’t align with the customer’s expectations, we’re proud of the care and professionalism our crew demonstrated throughout the job.

there were two movers, and they were careful and courteous at all times. they placed things where i asked and moved things around. They were able to get the entire truck unloaded in the two hour time frame they hired for. Would call them again if I was moving.

While we provide excellent hands on training and guidance for all of our crew, we only hire experienced movers most of whom were co workers when i got my start over 10 years ago. Lead crew members with several years of experience and knowledge to share and learn.
