The men arrived late, after notifying us that they would. They were efficient in what they did and took time to rewrap some of the furniture we had already wrapped in cellophane. We paid for three hours of work and yet, because we had already pre-wrapped the furniture, the men told us we had already done an hour's worth of their work. They did finish in 2 hours. However, we were charged for the whole three hours of work that we had originally "ordered".
Moreover, the entire time the guys worked, each, at different times and on multiple occasions during the two hours of work, told us and reminded us that they do accept tips, a tip would be appreciated, we were told we were to load into a pod and yet you've asked us to help load a trailer too - a tip would be appropriate. Mind you, they finished in two hours and we paid for three. One would have thought paying for three hours to do a two hour job would have been enough of a tip. But, evidently, not.

I had a great experience using Porch Moving Group for my daughter’s move. We were moving her home from college. We had our own trailer, but needed help moving the heavy items. These guys showed up and worked very hard, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!
