We were moved 2 months ago and a box of DVDs were lost and reported. As of yet we have received no reimbursement as promised. Our boxes were lined up in the hallway of an apartment building while someone else was moving across the hall and therefore were not secure.

THe movers were actually really kind and nice.
But their job needs to be done by professionally which they need to wear shoe covers when inside the new house or apartment!
Also they need to be on time!
Other than that, no damages for all the stuff they moved
