Mark & Dwain were just awesome. Great attention to detail. They took special care with our fragile items. They were quick and personable. They actually got done before the allotted time.

Workers who came to help were very good at their job and courteous! Problem occurred, and reason for the rating, only one out of the two that were needed showed up on time. Numerous phone calls which had to take 45 minutes out of a two hour schedule had to be made to finally get a second person, which led to one of my family members having to do The labor with the one original that showed up at the beginning. A second person who was not originally even scheduled, had to take the place of one that never showed and he was also very nice and a good worker.
Otherwise it would've been a 4.5 score as a rating!

3 hrs for 2 grown men to move a refrigerator from the garage to the kitchen from same residence. I literally can’t describe in words how incompetent this company is!! On top of their workers who had zero common sense the company just reached into my pocket to take additional funds that were not approved. Highly recommended hire a helper if you want to seek revenge on someone who is moving because the nightmare they will experience with this group should leave them with PTSD for the rest of their lives. Let’s not forget the damage they did moving the refrigerator! Needless to say - I would rate this company with an F in mover experience, how to talk to a customer and zero organizational skills. Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
