This is a hard review…
Once they got there they did a good job. However, getting them there was a problem. They were 6 yes SIX hours late! I had to call and text to get info from them. This isn’t they way it should have been.
We hired them through “Hire a Helper”. The day before we had a different mover who canceled on us. They took our job last minute. What bothered me was they tried to use that as an excuse for their tardiness. Don’t take a job if you don’t have time. Yes I appreciate it but don’t complain and use it as an excuse for your tardiness. We were also told we would receive a partial refund for the tardiness. This hasn’t happened. This job wasn’t the first problem we had with Hire a Helper. Our movers in Vegas were late as well. I’m just done in general with this process.

The crew was very professional, diligent, and organized. They showed up early and completed all of the packing at a rapid pace. The quickness of the move didn't take away from the fantastic Tetris job the crew did. All of the placement was very orderly and tightly packed. My belongings moved very little over the 12-hour drive that I had to do. I highly recommend this crew!

This is third time I have used Hire a Helper and each time it is just wonderful. For the last two moves I had the same lead person so that was a big help because he remembered all the furniture that had to be disassembled and reassembled. Team worked hard and knew what they were doing.

Brandon and crew were lifesavers. When our contracted movers canceled on us the day of the move we were desperate. Intuit Moving was able to come out the next day, a Saturday, and assist us in packing two PODS. They were polite, careful with our items, and conscientious of our walls when moving heavy, large pieces of furniture. They turned a very stressful time into an easy pack in.

We will reach out via email or phone call within 24 hours of booking. Same or next day requests will be contacted same day, but are urged to call if needing help or have any questions to be answered more urgently.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect our teams to be present on time or early the day of your move, greeting you with warm smiles to let you know we willl be there to help smoothen out the process of moving. We guarantee the quality of our services every move, every day! We stretch wrap all of your furniture!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Create a list of all your goods! Begin the consolidating and elimination process before the day of your move, this helps our crew work efficiently and most effectively to save you money and time in the long run! Plan to have all packing materials and other necessary handy to ensure safe travel for your goods. Contact us directly if needing any additional packing materials. (wrapping paper, stretch wrap, tv boxes, wardrobe boxes, mirror boxes etc)

We enjoy having floating offices! Everyday is different, and after 3000+ moves, we've gained a unique experience and perspective through each customer. We work in field where being flexible and active becomes the greatest advantages to being a mover. There’s no need for a gym membership here! Maintaining compassion and commitment to our customers keep us physically and mentally going each day!
