I had just done a DITY move from Fort Bragg to Charlottesville, VA. I hurt my back in Afghanistan earlier this year and needed help moving everything to the third floor where my apartment is. they're not even from Charlottesville and drove 2 hours just to do this job. These 2 men were awesome. They did everything so quickly, they were gentle with breakables, and were extremely curtious. I would reccommend Jay Ls Moving to my family and friends.

Please type review here...The company kept in touch to ensure nothing had changed with my requirements and to inform me when the movers were delayed due to another job. Delays will happen but having a company keep you updated is helpful and alleviates concern. The two movers did a great job and were very polite and professional, as well as careful with my furniture. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

Jay, Sarita, Philip, and Marquis were absolutely wonderful!!! They had a very hot day to do a large amount of packing and loading into two 16' PODS. They were attentive, courteous, careful with my possessions, and sensitive to my crazy life situation at a time of great turmoil. I will use them again when the time comes to unload and move in to my next home! Thank you all.

The two gentlemen that helped us unload our truck in Springfield Virginia were ontime, hard-working and courteous. They worked their tails off on a hot August day moving desks, beds, sleeper sofas up the stairs to a 3rd floor apartment with only smiles on their faces. They didn't waste one minute from when they arrived to when the job was finished in plenty of time. They earned every penny and we so appreciate all they did to help us!

They were quick to respond after I booked their time online, Were flexible to the time I needed them there, and arrived on time. They unloaded my POD in the alloted time and worked hard moving my stuff up to the third floor. They took procautions to protect my delicate items. He called me after they had finished to make sure everything was how I wanted it which was considerate. I would use them again. There is nothing I hate more then a service that doesn't answer their phone or show up on time. These guys did great.
