Jamal and Tao arrived on time (actually 5 minutes early) and began work immediately. They moved the heavy furniture from the second floor out to the truck, wrapped it in blankets and secured it with tie downs. They definitely knew what they doing when they packed the truck. I then drove 600 miles tour new home and all the furniture made the trip secured an undamaged. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I was informed that the crew will bring their own truck. But they didn't bring that and I need to bring dat truck after their arrival. Also It was just 15 mns over the time and they took 40$ extra from me. Over all I had to pay $71 extra for this moving. The communication from foxbound was also not upto the mark.

They showed up on time, were very nice, and carried all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs in hot weather. Great job.

They were fast and efficient. However they said they packed PODS before and when we went to look into the PODS when they were done they left a good 3 feet of space left unused.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!They crash and burn loading the truck, not packing properly. After 1 1/2 hours apartment still has not loaded and they tell me they have to leave my time is up. My ( I am a 57 year old woman) daughter and I panic leave the apartment make the 20 minute drive over there only to be LEFT ON THE CURB WITH MY FULL TRUCK!!!!! We had to call around and find new movers at DOUBLE THE PRICE. HAD TO TIP 6 DIFFERENT MOVERS. On their website they state extra hours if needed. BULL !!!! They had those poor guys scheduled for 5 moves in 10 hours. We were left with 6 carloads of stuff that had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. The move lasted over 24 hours and cost me over $800.00. I followed their instructions allowed for a one bedroom move!! NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Movers arrived on time and got my items move in less than half the time I had reserved them for. They were efficient and attentive and utilized the space in the truck I had rented to maximize for fitting in other items. I have already recommended this company to friends that I know are moving in the near future. They were great and I would definitely use them again!
