They were a few minutes late and I had to go and show them where to go. I gave Dan specific instructions on how to get to my apartment as it's difficult to find; seems as if those were ignored. Overall, they performed satisfactorily. They loaded the truck as requested and so far it appears that nothing has broken. The receiving movers didn't like that the foxhound movers loaded my couch up in the "mom's attic" of the uhaul and I have to say I agree; it was difficult to remove. Other than that, I thought they did an acceptable job. For the price, I'd recommend them.

Thank you very much for your feedback Stephen! Mind you, we do talk to many customers throughout the week, with many different addresses, so for us to be able to keep track of all specific instructions isn't exactly doable, which is why we always provide your contact number to the movers so they can get ahold of you incase they can't find your exact location. Also, you must make use of all space provided in the truck, and if the couch fit, then that was probably the best place to store it.

They were fast, friendly and careful with my stuff. Loaded my POD and helped move some furniture around my house. I was able to book them at the last minute when another company wanted to charge me an extra fee to move my folding treadmill. I'd definitely use again! Thanks so much!!

FOXHOUND MOVING IS FIRST-RATE. I USED TWO TEAMS OF HELPERS, ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, TO PREP MY MOVE. THEY PACKED FRAMED PICTURES AND MOVED 30 BOXES OF VINYL RECORDS TO A MORE ACCESSIBLE LOCATION. ON ANOTHER JOB THEY VERY EFFICIENTLY LOADED A TRAILER FOR ME. BOTH CREWS WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, CAPABLE, AND HARD-WORKING. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

We were locked in for 11 am, by 11:45 I called Dan and he assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue. I then waited another 30 minutes and called Dan again. At no point did anyone from Foxhound moving call me. He then informed me that he did not have any crews to complete the job. I understand that things happen, but it is inexcusable to not inform your customer of what is going on. I found it highly unprofessional. I would never use them again and would never recommend them.

Benjamin, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. That day in particular had 8 different moves assigned to 4 different crews, which were spread out all over from Delaware to North Philly. When the movers I had assigned to you told me they couldn't make it, there wasn't any way I could get another crew to you being as they were all assigned at that point. Again, I do apologize, and I've made sure now that if a crew isn't able to make it, then there will be consequences following.

Dan and his team are professionals!! They were so careful and helpful as they helped us unload a rented moving truck. We moved from Ohio to Pennsylvania and we had to unload at various locations and Dan's team were right there with us along the way!! Highly recommended!!
