They were on time but did not come with padding or a dolly. Fortunately, I had a dolly they could use. I had some furniture pieces that were quite heavy and they moved them without a dolly - across the street and down a long hallway. My love seat ended up with a scratch on the back and 2 other smaller pieces are damaged. The 2 guys were polite and wanted to get the job done but neither mentioned the damages and I did not see them until I started moving furniture to the right rooms. Had they at least mentioned the damages, my review would have been 3 stars. The job got done though on a Sunday!

I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys! They are hard working and competent. They made our moving day easy, friendly, professional, and fast. They seem to love what they do and enjoy working together as a team. It's also truly a Family Business - they care about their company and work to make it the best it can be! Compared to other movers I've hired in the past, these movers were not very efficient and spent quite a bit of time talking to each other and taking breaks. For me, this probably was not worth the price. I ended up having to move quite a bit while they organized my moving unit and chatted.
