This company came highly recommended, so I chose them. I had a 4 hour window to load my POD with heavy furniture, and I needed the most reliable company possible. Unfortunately, they got "stuck in traffic" for the entire 4 hours. it is unacceptable that the drivers were booked in gigs that could even potentially have a FOUR HOUR delay to begin with, but what was infuriating was that the driver kept insisting that they could make it in time to help me move at least the big pieces. I could have made other arrangements if they had simply said they wouldn't be able to make it. At one point they said they were 30 minutes away, but 45 minutes later, they were still 45 minutes away!!! At that point i cancelled the order, and told the driver not to come. I found two random strangers standing on the street and had them move the most expensive items I own. And just to add salt to the wound, the drivers had the audacity to SHOW UP as we were locking the POD and calling it a day. Our POD driver knew the Q movers and said he was shocked becasue they are usually really reliable. I don't know what happend here. But people need to know that there is still a risk with this company. Their unbelievably poor management of this order almost cost me thousands of dollars.

Guys just not up to our expectations based on other service providers we've used for same job in many other cities from HireaHelper. They were on-time but just a bad attitude, they failed to realize who the customer is...more focused on themselves. Also one guy was a jerk and purposely ran over the foot of our lead guy with a rolling cart. My lead is a strong, hard worker, focused on getting the job done and works long and hard. I will admit he is an over achiever and expects others to have the same focus and may have provided strong stuff instructions........but we are the customer paying the invoice and it is our customer which we were on-site working for. Had the guys had a problem why did no one ever call me cell phone.................
