Hello, I had Hector and Soloman help load a large POD last Friday June 3rd. Upon arrival to the house I would say it took them a bit to get started (almost like they weren't sure where to begin). Only thing that was being loaded was furniture which had already been protected and wrapped. Once it became obvious I needed to direct them, Hector worked diligently and consistently. Solomon spent a lot of time "taping" when he would help carry something he had a bad attitude and looked like he was struggling to help carry the item. The move was 90% done by Hector, my husband and myself. Solomon was good at standing in the back ground and looking like he was busy, while he really wasn't. A few times I had to tell him to get to work. Over all Hector was a strong worker and I would request him again. My only issue with Hector was that he did not want to except tip payment on the credit card (which I was told was fine to do when they called to confirm the job the day before). I had no cash and he basically said he would wait until I went to the bank and came back. I would give the service a much higher rating, but we felt like we only had one man on the job instead of the two we payed for.

The team worked hard and did a good job avoiding spoiling the new wall. Next time, they should bring all the necessary tools though, as driller and mats to put on carpets to avoid spoiling it.
