We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience with hireahelper. From booking the job to sending payment at the end when the job was complete, the experience was easy and smooth. The helpers that were sent from Qs moving company left nothing else to be desired. They arrived early but waited until we were ready for them to begin working. They were honest and courteous as well as quick but careful with my belongings. They took special care to protect my furniture each step of the move. I will be using them again and asking specifically for the movers I had to help me again when I need to move my furniture next. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

The movers called me earlier in the day asking if we could move up the time of my move. When I arrived at the apartment they were waiting for me and immediately began moving things in my apartment. In between arguing like teenagers, the guys actually did do a good job of moving a few of my items but weren't able to fit my box spring through my stairwell. It definitely wasn't their fault but they did damage the hallway of my building during their attempt. They took off a chunk of the wall and dinged up stairwell. There were also times where they would sit on the stairwell to rest. I feel like professional movers that a customer is paying for by the hour should not have this issue. I paid for two hours and the guys left after 1.5 and didn't help assemble my furniture which they were supposed to do. Overall, very disappointed and wouldn't use them ever again.

Since we were only having a partial unload at our destination, they accommodated our need to have certain items loaded last. I would definitely recommend them. Worked super hard and finished what should have been a two hour job in one and a half.
Not a single ding on any of the items they unloaded for me, or on any of the walls/floor of the apartment building.
