They arrived 45 minutes late with no explanation as to why. They were not very fast at loading but they were methodical and consistent and it was obvious that they were experienced. They were cordial and easy to work with.

I gave clear directions. They meander around bringing in radon items. Very unorganized as if to waste time. It began to rain,the lead mover suggested waiting until the rain stopped. I did inform them I had a time deadline the lead mover assured me it will be done on time. I ended up helping move the rest of my things in with them. Near the end of the move as I'm going to bring in more items. I see the lead mover digging around in a little socket set, then he says I got a nail in my foot. There were no nails anywhere, he didn't show me any nails and he cont on as normal. He was not wearing work shoes only soft toed gym shoes. There was only boxes and furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Valuables and breakables should never be left in drawers, pack boxes full and try to keep heavier items in smaller boxes and lighter items in large boxes this will greatly minimize box crushing (smaller boxes have stronger side walls) our crews are trained to wrap and load youre items on moving day in a speedy manner but it is always a help if items are wrapped if the customer is looking to save a little time

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite thing about being a mover is meeting new people and knowing no matter how large or small the job may be we are somehow helping people go forward in life

We train our crew members in all areas of moving day from proper wrapping and loading techniques to throwing you're stuff out the window no just kidding we do however simply make moving day as care free as possible for the customer
