Soprano Moving Company provided excellent customer service from the very beginning. Jeremy with Soprano Moving contacted me beforehand to confirm that the company had received my work order which was great! The day of the work order I received a call from one of the movers confirming that they were at my location. They were early (I really appreciated that) and within the timeframe for the appointment. The two gentlemen, Richard and Daniel were the ultimate professionals. They were very hard-working professionals. Richard and Daniel were great communicators. They made sure to ask me where I wanted my furniture placed and they efficiently followed through with the placement. The unloading process went by very quickly. Richard and Daniel also worked extremely well together which made things go very smoothly. There were absolutely no damages to any of my furniture. Finally, the next day, Jeremy followed up with me to confirm how everything went. Another display of excellent customer service from this company! I would definitely recommend this company. We used Soprano Movers to unload our truck on a recent move to Virginia. The unloading process was nothing like the great movers that loaded us in CT. It took movers in CT just over an hour to load our truck efficiently. Overall great job. The Soprano movers were the direct opposite. They showed up late. One mover arrived after the other. They did not have the equipment requested nor did they assemble anything. They moved at a snail's pace compared to the movers who loaded the truck. After the two hours were up, the truck was still about one third full. There would have been more on the truck had I not unloaded and moved several items to the apartment myself during the unloading process. There were about 20 smaller boxes on the truck marked "STORAGE" which I clearly asked them to leave on the truck and I would take care of them after the move. They did not read the labels and brought several of the storage boxes up to the apartment which we later had to bring back to the truck ourselves. Also near the end of the two hours there were some larger items which we had to ask them to move because it would have been difficult for my wife to move them, eg mattress and box spring and a heavy piece of furniture. We really did not get the full two hours of work we paid for due to the late arrival, how slowly they worked and the fact that one of the movers was inactive for 15 minutes during the move. Given I had to help to unload many boxes and items during and after the move, Sopranos should send me the same pay they gave each mover for that period. Although the movers did not display a great work ethic, they were both polite and personable during the move. Also, Jeremy, who coordinated the move for Soprano was helpful in setting up the unloading process and apologetic about the movers lateness. This was our eleventh move over several years and I would have to rate it as the worst.

Richard and Joustin were great! They arrived on time after a 3.5 hour job an hour away. It was a hot day and they hadn't had lunch. Still, they carefully and patiently unloaded the furniture and place it exactly where I wanted. They both were friendly and courteous. If needed, I'd want these guys to help me again.

I hired two helpers/movers from Soprano Moving Co. on 6/12/2021, and they were superb! They were friendly, efficient, very professional, and communicated well to keep me posted on the status of everything. On the job itself, they went above and beyond and cheerfully assisted with moving a heavy couch in a tricky/narrow hallway that was beyond the original request. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again!

Excellent job! From the moment I booked with Soprano Moving Co, I had great communication from their team lead, Jeremy. On moving day, the 2 person team of Sebastian and John were fantastic! They worked quickly, were friendly, and every single box and piece of furniture was loaded, packed, and unloaded without a scratch. They communicated well and made the whole job enjoyable. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to move.
