Wonderful crew!!! These guys called before they came, showed up on time and did a great job. I had booked them for 4 hours but they completed the job in 3.5 hours and are refunding me the balance. Overall great job and I will use them again!

They arrived on time and dd a good job. Both gentlemen were very courteous and polite. I was scheduled for 3 hours and we added another hour for the job. They worked quickly, but utilized their time well.

Both guys were very nice and polite. They arrived on time and were prepared. I asked them if they had much experience packing containers and they said yes. So, I let them get started. About halfway through getting the container loaded, they tell me that my furniture is not going to fit. What? I said that it had to fit and was told that they could not make magic. I did not ask for magic but common sense would have been appreciated. Who on earth takes all of their boxes and leaves their furniture behind? My brother was with me and told them they had to pull most of the stuff back out of the container and put the furniture in then put boxes on top. Once he realized they were working by the hour - and not moving all that quickly - he jumped in to direct "traffic" and help them.
Once the job was done, we went to U-Haul to rent a trailer for the boxes left over. I did tip the guys $60 ($30 each). My brother was shocked because he felt that they were "milking" the situation. In hindsight, I would have to agree that they were milking the clock. Again, who on earth takes their boxes with them before their furniture? Plus, all the extra time to unload and reload cost me money. As a side note, once returned from U-Haul, we were able to rearrange and get numerous additional items into my container. I am quite certain that if the container was loaded properly from the start, I would have had minimal stuff left that did not fit into the container and, as a result, I would not have needed the U-Haul or had to give away and/or donate as many items.
Without some sort of refund, I would not use this company or this service again. Thank you, in advance, for your time and prompt response.

Marcus was awesome . I was traveling from Memphis TN to Irving Tx. The young men moved my things in approx 30mins . They were very respectful and they also WELCOME me to TEXAS . I will use Midnight Hour again .
