They were on time, personable, worked hard and they were helpful; however, they should have taken a little more time packing/wrapping the dining chairs. Four of the six are scarred because they stacked wood against wood. I had also taped the screws for the bed to the bed and they must have fallen off at some point and they didn't notice, so my bed is rigged together. I would use them again, but insist on taking more time (they finished an hour early) and watch to make sure they were a little more careful.

***The problem was we needed them late in the day & for some reason someone schedule them earlier & they were even earlier. So it that is considered a "problem," I don't think so. That was on whoever does the scheduling.

WOW! Midnight Hour Moving more than lives up to its outstanding reputation. Damon and Jeremiah arrived on time and well prepared to empty out our double-sized atrium and mudroom in record time, and they did so with the utmost in professionalism in packing everything into a storage pod in our driveway. They were very respectful of and careful with our furnishings. Their pleasant demeanor made a difficult and challenging job go smoothly and even seem fun. They were up to toting the heaviest of loads -- stuff we thought could not hardly be moved! -- and did so with smiles on their faces.
We were clearing those rooms in preparation for redoing the floor of the atrium (from the ground up -- literally) and will definitely be hiring Midnight Moving again when it comes time to put the room back together again. Damon and Jeremiah, thank you more than words can express!
