The service was fine till the last item a large frig that they cause great damage to and my house. The owner of the company told me he was coming to my house to fix damages and never showed. He still has not responded to my email or phone msg about the matter. My house goes on the market in 3 days and the damage is not fixed. Will not use them again.

My wife and I were moving from CA to CO and needed someone to load and unload our truck, used Hire A Helper crews on both ends. I drove a 26" U-Haul with an auto transport and had multiple issues that slowed me down. It was necessary for me to reschedule my arrival time with Chris several times which Chris was more than willing to do without complaining. Chris and his team were on time, came prepared with all the necessary moving equipment, and busted their butts to get our stuff unloaded. Nothing was damaged during the job. We would definitely use The Spine Saver's services again.
